Filmmakers: Dawn Logsdon (Director, Producer, Editor) and Lucie Faulknor (Co-director, Producer).
Logline: How public libraries shaped the country and continue to be a sanctuary for Americans everywhere.
Description: Free for All: The Public Library tells the story of the quiet revolutionaries who made a simple idea happen. From the pioneering women behind the “Free Library Movement” to today's librarians who service the public despite working in a contentious age of closures and book bans, meet those who created a civic institution where everything is free and the doors are open to all.
Yoga Classes with Kyla return to the Appleton Library starting January 21. Kyla is offering an 8 week yoga session at the Appleton Library to be held on Tuesday evenings 6-7pm. Pre registration for the class session is required.
Classes will run:
Feb 25, March 4, March 11 and March 18.

Art Exhibits: Daily, during Open Library Hours.
Stroll through the front foyer and the Main Library to admire our revolving-displays, featuring local artists and crafters. Past exhibits have featured oil, acrylic and water-color paintings, sculpture, hooked rugs, quilts, and photography. If you are interested in having your work exhibited, please contact the Library.
